Paul’s joined me in the states now (arrived Sunday), our first chore was to sort out a load of supplies for our walk - our mate John has graciously agreed to post them along with maps to a few post offices on route. After half a day hard shopping this enormous pile is what we ended up with! Should be enough grub for about a month, luckily we don’t have to carry it all at once (also looks a lot less anyhow with all the packaging stripped off).
I’ve got to say that Google Maps Mobile total blew me away to today, used it to effortlessly find and navigate ourselves to shops in a city that we didn’t know. If you haven’t used it on your phone yet, I recommend you download it and give it a go.
