We can barely stand up, keep getting blown off our feet every few steps! This is definitely the strongest winds I’ve ever hiked in, fortunetly it’s only really windy up on the passes.

Never had chance to get the camera out for fear of getting it wet. It’s started snowing now, so we can snap away…

It’s a bit dark, that’s because it’s almost 8pm and we haven’t got to camp yet… The spacing between campsites in the park isn’t ideal for thru hikers, we could only do a 11 mile day or a 25.9 mile, we choose the long option! Never did find our campsite, too dark, just threw the tent up beside the trail.

With it being late in the season the park folk have started dismantling all the bridges ready for winter.
