We had planned to climb out over Texas pass before stopping this evening, but the scenery was so good we decided to stop early and camp here. We climbed up to an un-named peak above Lonesome Lake which was right in the middle of the Cirque and had dinner on top. We pitched the tent on the shoulder a little way down.
Pretty extreme! Looks like Lord of The Rings. Sinister looking jagged peaks there. phew!
