We’ve just had the best steak in the US so far :) unfortunetly I forgot to take the camera… But the bill still looks good enough to eat! I had a 12oz New York strip, Paul had Elk for the first time (not the last time either I think), Nicky had buffalo. Washed down with a couple of bottles of good plonk, I very much doubt whether this meal is going to be beaten.
